Ordering Process

For custom designs (special fonts, gem setting, coating, etc.), please DM us on Instagram to discuss the details.

A precise dental impression is required to create your Grillz:

• Online / International Orders: Please purchase our [Impression Kit] (includes dental trays, impression powder, and instructions).

• You may also go to a local dental clinic to get a mold and send us the digital STL file.

• If you already have a complete physical dental mold, or can visit our Kaohsiung studio in person, you may skip this step.

• Use our provided Impression Kit, follow the instructions, and send the finished impression back to us. The shipping address will be provided after you place your order. Please pack the molds securely to avoid damage during transit.

• If you are sending digital STL files, please email or DM them to us.

We will begin production based on your selected items and the design details confirmed during our discussion.

Every piece is 100% handcrafted, so we kindly ask for your patience.

Production time takes approximately 4 to 6 weeks, depending on design complexity.

We will notify you once completed to arrange shipping or in-person pickup.

International shipping is available worldwide (shipping fees calculated separately).

• All Grillz are custom-made products and are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

• If the dental mold is unclear or unusable, we will contact you for a re-impression.

• Please double-check your shipping address and contact information to ensure successful delivery.

• For rush orders, please inquire in advance (an additional fee will apply).
