Cancellation Policy
Booking & Deposit Terms Deposit Deduction: The remaining balance will be collected on the day of your appointment, with the NT$1,000 deposit deducted from the total amount. Late Arrival & No-Show Policy: Deposits are non-refundable in the event of a no-show or if you are more than 15 minutes late. Rebooking will require a new deposit. Rescheduling: If you need to change your appointment date, please contact us via DM so we can adjust it together. 3-Day Notice: Date changes are not accepted within 3 days of your original appointment date. Exceptional circumstances will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
